Coney Island Of The Mind
All walks of life are still drawn to the pebbled shores of Coney Island, so is photographer Nguan (yes, a one word name).
And I do mean all walks of life—old and young, lean and heavyset. Nguan takes inspiration from street scenes depicted in Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings, as seen in his blog. The found moments are sometimes in-between moments—but there is beauty in the banal.
